I can teach you to cook/eat healthy, energetic and very tasty foods. I have
been cooking for health and low body fat most of my life. There are so many
foods available now to lose body fat it’s just a matter of choosing the
alternatives that you might not be familiar with.
I’ve found that the foods most people eat are those foods their parents use
to eat, and they just haven’t taken the time to find the lower carbohydrate
and fatty foods.
